Describing wage theft and retaliation among retail food workers in Santa Clara County

In collaboration with community partners, we are conducting a descriptive study of approximately 300 workers in the retail food sector in Santa Clara County, California around the topics of wage theft, retaliation, harassment, violence at the workplace, and health and safety. The intern will help manage and clean incoming survey data, produce tables and figures, and help wite a final report.
