About the Webinar:

This webinar will review a brief history of the Toyota Production System, the foundation for the University of Kentucky, True Lean Program. Learners will explore the core tenants of True Lean, and how to systematically merge the four categories of risk factors to create measurable process improvement.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe the Toyota Production System and how they became True Lean

  2. Recognize current drivers for good ergonomics and critical effects of an aging workforce

  3. Identify four foundation tenets of lean and how they translate to efficiency and good ergonomics

  4. Describe how ergonomic risk factors are not addressed separately, but as part of the lean continuous
    improvement process
