About

The Center for the Health Assessment of Mothers and Children of Salinas (CHAMACOS) Study is the longest running longitudinal birth cohort study of pesticides and other environmental exposures among children in a farmworker community. We will be looking at fractional exhaled nitric oxide and pesticide exposure in the CHAMACOS cohort, lung function and pesticide exposure in the CHAMACOS cohort, and fractional exhaled nitric oxide, lung function, and smoking/vaping in the CHAMACOS cohort.

  • Good organization and interest in environmental health and respiratory outcomes
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to review scientific literature
  • Experience with statistical software or willingness to learn STATA
