Bio/Area(s) of Interest: I am a Ph.D. student, raised in the Bay Area, with a Master’s degree in Information from UC Berkeley and 3 years of Human Factors Engineering experience on consumer wearables. I take an informatics and product design–oriented approach to improving ergonomic risk assessment tools in high-risk industrial settings. My research investigates the use of multimodal sensing technologies—such as computer vision and wearables—to quantify physical exposures and evaluate ergonomic risk. I’m particularly interested in how these tools can inform more consistent assessments and shape the future of ergonomic policy and regulation.
