Non-Discrimination Statement

COEH Non-Discrimination Policy:

The Center for Occupational and Environmental Health does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, military status, sexual orientation, or age. The Center for Occupational and Environmental Health is committed to accessibility and non-discrimination in all aspects of its continuing education activities. Participants who have special needs are encouraged to contact program organizers so that all reasonable efforts to accommodate those needs can be made.

UC Nondiscrimination Policy:

Covers sex (including sexual harassment), gender identity, and sexual orientation in nondiscrimination policy - student admission, access, and treatment in University programs and activities. It also covers faculty (Senate and non-senate) and staff in their employment.

UC Policy on Sexual Harassment & Sexual Violence: 

"Harassment that is not sexual in nature but is based on gender, sex-stereotyping, or sexual orientation is also prohibited by the University's nondiscrimination policies...in determining whether a hostile environment due to sexual harassment exists, the University may take into account acts of discriminationbased on gender, sex-stereotyping, or sexual orientation."
