Academics

The Industrial Hygiene program is part of the Environmental Health Sciences (EHS) Division, School of Public Health. Academic degrees (MS and PhD) and professional degrees (MPH and DrPH) are offered in Industrial Hygiene. The academic degree programs are designed for students interested in original research and teaching. For all degree objectives, the curriculum provides fundamental knowledge in toxicology, epidemiology, exposure assessment and control, risk assessment, and biostatistics, and the ability to integrate these disciplines in identifying controls for diverse occupational health problems.
